Set up your initial consultation!
The initial consultation is for those who choose to work on the Pilates apparatus. During this very important appointment we go over your health history & health screening form, talk about your goals and expectations, take records, and teach you several fundamental Pilates moves that you will practice before your first apparatus session. If necessary, you will consult with our Orthopedic Trainer and injury specialist to help determine your needs and goals. And, if needed, we will call any health professionals you are working with that might have important information for us in creating your workout.

Before you come in for your initial consultation or first appointment, please download and fill out the appropriate health screening form! Please bring completed form with you to your session!

- All packages expire in 6-months

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our staff and guests, we have a Cancellation Policy. To avoid a cancellation fee it is each student’s responsibility to notify Perfect Pilates Studio at least 24 hours in advance for group classes, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments missed or cancelled less than 24-hours (for group classes) and less than 48-hours (for Private/Semi-Private) in advance will be subject to a charge of 100% of the cost of the service booked.
